The Patient tab contains personal details about the patient and is the default tab opened in the Medication Review App. Information added or modified here is automatically updated in PharmaClik Rx. In this tab, you can:

• Collect Patient Consent

• Enroll a Patient in the Auto-Fill Program
• Add and Remove Allergies or Medical Conditions
• Edit Chronic Diseases and Risk Factors
• Add Observations and Comments
